Originally known as K.W. Johnston Real Estate, this company was founded in 1975 by Ken Johnston, as a small family owned and operated real estate firm. By 1985 the brokerage had grown to become one of the largest independent real estate brokerages in Edmonton.

The company recently rebranded as Liv Real Estate and launched a new website as part of the rebranding. The new site highlights Liv Real Estate’s effective use of social media to connect with their clients, as a company as well as at the agent level.
