We get it—investing in a website is a big decision. And if you’re wondering, “What if I don’t like the design?” you’re not alone. It’s a completely valid question, and one we’re happy to address up front.
Here’s the short answer: Our process is built to prevent that from happening.
Design That Reflects You & Your Business
We don’t go off into a cave and design something we think looks cool, then spring it on you hoping for the best.
From the very beginning, you’re an active partner in the process. Our Web Design Questionnaire digs deep into your preferences, goals, target audience, aesthetic likes and dislikes, and even asks about competitor sites you love (or can’t stand).
We use that input to guide the design direction, ensuring it’s aligned with your vision before we ever start designing.
Built-In Collaboration
Design is a collaborative process.
Instead of creating static wireframes and mockups, we design directly on a live staging version of your website. This approach lets you see a real, working draft of the site as it develops—faster and more dynamic than traditional mockup workflows.
You’ll have opportunities to provide feedback throughout the process, and we include multiple rounds of revision to ensure everything looks and feels just right. The design evolves with your input, backed by our expertise in usability, performance, and best practices.
What If You Still Don’t Love It?
In all honesty, this really never happens. Because the web design is so closely informed by your input and feedback from the start, it’s incredibly unlikely we’d ever reach a point where you’re not happy.
That said, if we did get there—if you truly felt the design wasn’t right and we weren’t able to revise it to your satisfaction—we would offer a partial refund. Specifically, we’d refund your payment minus a $750 design fee to help cover some of the time and work already completed.
But again, our process is intentionally designed to make sure that doesn’t happen. Clients often tell us how smooth and collaborative everything felt, and how much the final product reflects their vision.
TL;DR
You won’t just “get what you get.” You’ll be part of the design from day one, and we’ll keep working with you until it’s right. In the rare case that we truly can’t get the design where you want it—even after revisions—we’ll refund your payment minus a $750 design fee.
