Skate Takes showcases the fun of (re) discovering roller skating as an adult. SkateTakes was created to show how fun roller skating is, inspire new adult roller skaters, and to help new adult skaters get plugged in to their local skate family.

Project Objectives

SkateTakes is one of our personal website brands (it’s a side-hustle) centered on promoting roller skating for adults in roller rinks. We created the website as a marketing asset to support and reinforce the brand, which is primarily active on social media such as Facebook and TikTok.

  • Complete a fully responsive web design solution backed by WordPress CMS
  • Install and implement The Events Calendar plugin for managing and promoting events.
  • Use the WordPress blogging functionality to implement a content strategy centered around roller skating
  • Install an easy-to-use Page Builder (we used Beaver Builder)
