The best way to protect your website investment is to be sure your WordPress and plugin versions are up-to-date. Prior to completing upgrades, it's necessary to have take a back up of your website's database and files in the event something goes wrong.
If monthly maintenance isn’t in the cards right now, you may choose to do a 1-Time Backup & Update quarterly as a minimal maintenance program.
Quarterly maintenance is recommended if your website content doesn't change often. If your website content is updated regularly with new blog posts and pages, then it's better to take regular backups.
A 1-Time Back up and Upgrade includes:
