WordPress 3.5.2 Maintenance and Security Release

WordPress 3.5.2 is now available. This is the second maintenance release of 3.5, fixing 12 bugs. The WordPress security team resolved seven security issues, and this release also contains some additional security hardening. Details on the release »

This is a security release for all previous versions and updating your WordPress installation is strongly recommended.

What You Need to Do

If you are enrolled in the Website Maintenance and Monitoring plan, we will back up your site and update your WordPress automatically, so you don’t need to do anything.

If you are not enrolled in the monthly plan and would like to update your WordPress (recommended), options are:

• Contact us to back up your site (files and database) and update your site as a one-off service
• Enroll in the Website Maintenance and Monitoring plan
• Use the Protection Trifecta Toolkit as a reference to Do-It-Yourself
